QMDcalendar (screencast •tour) and QMDcontact (tour) are the core of the Insight® environment. These tools are highly optimized to make it easy to manage customer and vendor relationships, manage tasks and schedules, and communicate effectively.

Connect a task to a clientInsight® connects many types of events directly to clients (sending invoices and statements, RMA notices and e-mails composed with QMDletters.

We also support creating an event (scheduled, all-day or task) from a contact record. This links the event to the contact's history.

Combine that with a series of notes (accessible to all users) and you have the ability to track the contact relationship., track who said what and whenAll connected events for a client will show up in their history. From this view, you can drill down to the event itself and see notes from the user(s) involved in the event.
