Insight® is a dynamic, always changing environment. A large part of our design process involves talking to our clients daily about their interactions with the software. We listen to what works, and what doesn't — and we constantly update the product.

We like to think of the QMD Forum as an example of Design by Democracy. All users are able to suggest new features or improvements and join in the discussion. We prioritize our work based in large part on the users' interest in a suggested feature.

This is another truly beautiful thing about working in a web-based environment. We can collaborate, discuss, build and release new things which are then available to all users immediately and effortlessly.
